Designed for riders who push their machines, this system delivers stronger internals, reduced wear, and tighter steering so you can stay confident in rough terrain.

At the core of RackBoss 2.0 is X24 Tech, a dual PTFE bushing design that stabilizes the rack by removing unnecessary internal movement. That means less strain on key components, longer life, and better performance when you're running big tires or taking hard hits. Add in a built-in grease fitting and you’ve got a system that’s easy to maintain after long days in mud and water.

You also get your choice of heavy-duty tie rod setups, giving you the flexibility to match your build and riding style. Whether you go with swaged tube or solid steel, both options are built to address common OEM weak points and hold up under pressure.
