Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature and use of our products we have a limited return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, not install, and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@fullaccessutv.com. If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping items eligible for return. Please note that original shipping costs for product deliveries are not refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fullaccessutv.com. Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping items eligible for return, unless an exception is approved by Full Access UTV prior to the return. Please note that original shipping costs for product deliveries are not refundable.
Re-stocking fee Guidelines
• Made to order parts will have a 30% re-stock fee only if in new, re-stockable condition.
• Customers who refuse packages will have a 20% re-stock fee plus associated shipping charge.
• If customer returns product for ordering wrong item there is a 25% re-stock fee and could be higher if not re-stockable.
• If customer returns an item because they do not want it there is a 25% re-stock fee and could be higher if not re-stockable.
• Customer is also responsible for returned shipping costs.
