Overview

One of the simplest upgrades you can make that actually improves how your machine rides.

The Full Access UTV 2.5" Shock Reservoir Caps are designed to fix a common issue with factory Fox shocks—nitrogen loss. When pressure drops, ride quality suffers, shocks fade faster, and performance falls off quick. These billet caps replace the weak factory setup with a more durable, serviceable solution.

Built to protect the valve and maintain proper pressure, they help keep your suspension working the way it should.

Key features
  • Conical shape to deflect rocks and debris
  • CNC billet aluminum construction with black anodizing
  • CNC billet aluminum Schrader cap with integrated O-ring
  • Fully recessed Schrader valve for added protection
  • Increases nitrogen volume
  • Pre-installed nickel plated Schrader valve
  • Made in the USA
tips & Notes
  • Designed to help prevent nitrogen leaks from factory rubber needle valves
  • Proper nitrogen pressure improves ride quality, ride height, and reduces shock fade
  • KRX / KRX4 (non-live valve): 175–200 PSI recommended
  • KRX ES / KRX4 with live valve: 100–120 PSI recommended
  • Shocks must be filled with nitrogen (shop or proper equipment required)
  • Requires nitrogen tank, regulator, and Schrader fill hose if done at home
Installation
  • Remove factory reservoir caps
  • Install billet caps with supplied components
  • Fill shocks to recommended PSI using nitrogen
  • Verify pressure and check for leaks before riding
