Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this direct bolt-on muffler delivers a deep tuned exhaust note throughout the entire RPM range with zero packing material and zero maintenance. It is designed to run with the stock programmer and provides increased exhaust flow for a 1-3 HP gain with increased torque.
This muffler has been specifically designed, tested, and tuned for these machines to provide optimal exhaust flow and back pressure, helping the engine efficiently achieve peak power with the stock programmer. There is no drone with the Trail Muffler. It is slightly louder than stock at idle for that head-turning startup, then keeps measured dB levels close to stock as RPMs increase.
