Across the country riders are wrecking their machines because of one simple Kawasaki design flaw. The front shock mounts will tear apart when the shocks are at full extension. This leaves riders with no front shock\/suspension upon landing from a jump, hitting whoops, rock crawling or anything else.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCan you imagine? This cannot happen! We invest thousands of dollars, and many hours into these UTV's and the last thing anyone wants is it to be a total loss, or even worse anybody have severe injury or death!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKawasaki will TOTAL LOSS a machine no mater how bad the frame damage was. A shock mount, bent tube, torn bracket, anything. Customers have lost thousands to the insurance company simply because Kawasaki does not sell a replacement frame and considers \"ANY\" frame damage a complete write off. A simple 30 minute repair for some, but Kawasaki will not repair or replace the frame.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt gets worse. Once Kawasaki notifies the insurance database of total loss frame damage, your KRX is considered uninsurable and NO INSURANCE company will insure it. They would recommend the higher flow filters. \"A brand new KRX filter will suck shut\" under wide open throttle. The fuel pump is not getting enough fuel because of the stock filter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAdd miles and dirt to them and they are inadequate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe stock ones are to restrictive and the KRX needs more fuel \"period\". Unfortunately all of the aftermarket harness bars on the market don't allow the seats to go all the way back. Add a recline kit and its even worse. If your shorter and just use the back area for storage, then the Click 6 harnesses, or even aftermarket harness bars make it VERY difficult to get anything out. You probably know that already though. We think that's crazy and started offering a DIY tab kit for a far back harness bar over a year ago. However, they were difficult to get made and difficult to ship. It is nearly a 1\/2\" thick at the mounting points which makes it stronger than anything on the market. Prepare for the worst is a great motto when it comes to safety. They are problematic and just don't hold you into the seat the way they need to. Sometimes they lock, sometimes they don't. One locks, one wont, etc, etc. They sell them because people want some movement and comfort.
